According to the 2018 Census, only 7 percent of the U.S. population has served in the Armed Forces, so when a veteran walks into your gym, how do you approach coaching them?

Every veteran is different, each has their own experiences and stories that built their service and made them who they are today. Those experiences, good and bad, will follow them for the rest of their lives, so it’s important that we as coaches know how to respect, guide, and help integrate these men and women into our communities. The cornerstone of the Willpower Health & Wellness program veterans warriors develops an active lifestyle and better nutrition habits. Veterans reach their goals through various activities and challenges that help them improve their physical health, mental health, and overall well-being.
